Bathtisma is committed to your satisfaction with our products. Please read our refund policy below.

 

CORRECTIONS

If there is ever a discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, we will happily be sure that you get what you're looking for. Please email gina@bathtisma.com to discuss any discrepancies.


 SHIPPING QUESTIONS AND CHALLENGES

We use UPS® and USPS® to ship our products, as we have found them to be cost effective and very reliable. You can track your package using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that we do not re-ship products that the USPS® has confirmed "Delivered" on the tracking page. If your package was confirmed delivered but you did not receive it into your hands, we recommend that you speak with your family, roommates and neighbors to see if anyone else brought in the package (this happens more often that you might think!). If the package is still unable to be located, please follow the instructions on the Claims Page on the UPS® or USPS® website. For that purpose, please note that the "sender mailing address" is 945 McKinley View Ave, Henderson, NV 89012. If your shipping address is outside of the United States, please contact your local postal service to inquire about the status of your package. If you have additional questions or need supplemental information to file your claim, please email gina@bathtisma.com.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We understand when plans change! If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of its placement by emailing gina@bathtisma.com with your request and reason. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you will be asked to follow the return and refunds procedures below.

 

RETURNS

You may request a return of any unopened and unused product purchased from Bathtisma within thirty (30) days of the date you received your order. Before returning any products via mail please email gina@bathtisma.com with the following information your order number and the reason for the return request. Once your return request is approved, please mail the product and your order invoice to:

For returns via mail, the product must be carefully packaged. You are responsible for return postage and any damage incurred on the return shipment.

NOTE: Audio files (e.g., guided meditations) cannot be returned or refunded. If you are dissatisfied with your guided meditation, please email gina@bathtisma.com

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be issued for unopened, unused or defective items. If your request for a refund is approved by Bathtisma, you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment. Merchandise damaged in shipment may be returned for a full refund but a request for such a refund must be asked of Bathtisma within 48 hours of delivery.

NOTE: Audio files (e.g., guided meditations) cannot be returned or refunded. If you are dissatisfied with your guided meditation, please email gina@bathtisma.com

Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent. Failure to contact Bathtisma with your order number and reason for refund request before mailing back product may result in significant delays in obtaining a refund. Bathtisma reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return or request for refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
